While we do operate within office hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm where you can either contact us by phone or email, we do also have an out of hours text service available to cover evenings and weekends for any emergencies between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday & 9am -9pm Saturday & Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE this is not 24 hours service and also does not accept images.
Likewise, Comfy workers will need to be able to report any emergencies to you as the host of a booking, therefore please ensure under your profile, that you complete the emergency details section (shown below). Please provide the best contact details for out of hours emergencies for your company. Ideally this would be a second contact where possible, to give us a minimum of two points of contact for each host. It is vital and in line with the T&C's you agree to that we have the ability to contact you in emergencies to ensure swift resolution.
