How is a Booking Confirmed?

1. Once a client has selected your property, a member of the sales team will call you to double check your availability. Once we have confirmation that it's available, the client will confirm their end.


2. Once the client has confirmed their side, you will receive an email to notify you that your property has been selected and will ask you to confirm your end. Once logged in to your dashboard, select the Inquiries tab, the inquiry will show as awaiting confirmation. Then click Confirm Booking



2. It will then show you the details of your offer, you will need to make sure all the fields on the right hand side are completed : 


If you are a limited registered company, input the Company Legal Name, this is what you are registered under at Companies House. Start to type the company name or company number and it will suggest a matching profile, you must select the profile from the options, and not free type: 


If you are not a registered company, tick the box and free type your company details in.


3. In the next box your bank information will be visible, you double check the details are correct and update if needed. 


4. Finally, you need to enter your name, signature, double check the pricing breakdown before you click Confirm Booking :


By confirming a booking you agree to the terms and conditions, you can access a copy of them by clicking on the link should you wish to review prior to confirmation. Only once both partied have confirmed the booking via the system is a classed as confirmed booking and agreements created. 



This booking will now move from your inquiries to bookings.
