Below is a simple step by step guide to uploading a new property listing to your account.

1. Log into your Comfy Workers account > Click “Properties” icon on top banner.

2. Click "Add a New"

3. Please complete all fields below, then click "Next". 
Do not add any of your direct company details/company name into this or any other section when uploading. Your offer will not be sent out if this is the case and will need to be removed.

Tips and Advice-

- Property Title - This is what will be displayed on your advert and what will show to the public, so please ensure you select an appropriate title, ideally one which helps easily identify the property. 

- Internal Name - This is for internal use only, so again something to help you identify the property. 

- Units - Make sure you put the right quantity of units. What are they? If you have apartments in the same building that are almost the same spec and size, instead of creating individual listings for each of them, you can create just one listing. Complete all details corresponding to ONE apartment. Then remember to choose the unit number (eg. if you have 6 identical one bed apartments, your unit number will be 6).

- Standard Clean - Please quote an average price of a standard clean, this just gives us an indication of your cleaning costs. However you do need to ensure you include cleaning costs in your offer price, and should we require a quotation for additional cleaning etc. We will always request a quotation from you directly. 

4. Use the Google maps search bar to find your location by entering your address in the highlighted section. This should then populate the address in the bars on the right for you, however please check and add / correct in any information, before clicking "Next". 

Please do not just free type the address in the boxes to the right.

5. Complete the basic property information. You will firstly need to select the number of bedrooms your property has, this will then populate the correct number of bedroom detail sections you need to complete. Under each bedroom detail you need to state the bed type in each room.  If there is more than one bed in that room you will need to click 'Add new bed'.

7. If there are any sleeping arrangements in the living areas (like sofa beds), please turn on the toggle and fill in the required details.
Once you've completed this section, click "Next" to continue.

Please note:
These details will appear as extra information on your property listing, but they will not count towards your official bed or guest capacity.

8. Enter property amenities, ensuring you complete all sections. Including a brief overview of parking facilities and a more detailed description, which may include details of location, any additional charges, or arrangements which need to be taken into consideration. 

9. Select all amenities that are available in the property, then click "Next". Please ensure this is accurate only selecting the amenities the property offers.

10. Add a feature image by clicking "Choose a file". This will be your featured image and thumbnail on your property. Then once you click save it will take you to another page where you can 'upload property images' for more detail. To do this you just drag and drop further property images in the area circled below. These will be your property gallery images. Please upload a minimum of 10 images to be able to save. 

Please note : The more images the better one for each room/external if applicable. Please also ensure you update your photos should any changes or refurbishments take place and also ensure the images have no company logos or watermarks as these will be removed. 

11. When you have selected all the images you want, the images will preview with light grey bars on them. After you click [Upload Images] they will show with dark grey progress bars on them. Do not navigate away from this page during this time. When the upload is complete it will show the images in gallery format. 

Click "SAVE CHANGES"

Your property has now been uploaded successfully and will be live on our platform straight away.
