In addition to Comfy Workers terms which apply to any bookings made via our platform, we do also ask our hosts to upload their own house rules for guests during any booking confirmed via our platform. These will be sent along with your check in information and our standard house rules. Please see below:
ComfyWorkers House Rules
We do provide standard house rules along with the check in information provided from the host. Please see below :
- No smoking as any evidence of this may incur additional charges
- All damages and issues are to be reported within 24 hours of check-in time. If this is a multi-week booking and you vacate periodically (eg. each weekend) - this applies for every time you return to the property (eg. each Monday).
- House quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
- No pets or unauthorised guests allowed at the property
- Please ensure you check all windows are closed and doors locked each time you leave the property
- Please appropriately use heating and turn-off when you are not in the property
- Unless stated differently above, on check-out the key should. be returned to the lockbox and scrambled
- If outside of office hours, for an urgent need or support please send an SMS message to 07782 507 365 (Please note this number does not accept text messages from international phone numbers)
What to include in your House Rules
These are general terms for a booking with yourselves, they should not be house specific, any house specific information should be covered in the check in details.
These should not contravene our own terms and conditions in any way so please ensure you are familiar with our terms & house rules before uploading. You can view Our Terms and Conditions here - T&c's article.
PLEASE NOTE : Do not copy and paste your own or other platforms business terms and conditions or agreements in this section as these will be rejected. There are agreements already in place to protect all parties involved.
They should also not contain any company or personal details.

How to upload your House Rules
Once logged into your dashboard, under your Profile there is a "House Rules" tab.
Click "Add House Rules", this will then allow you to enter house rules. Please ensure you have checked the formatting, spelling and grammar before submitting.
It will also prompt you to upload these when you come to make an offer, if you haven't already uploaded these (though it is not mandatory to enable you to submit an offer). When going to make an offer, there is a button "Add Terms", this link will take you to the above page in your profile to upload these.
These will be reviewed by our admin team prior to being released to the guests, you can view the status of your terms under your profile page. Should they not be approved, you will receive feedback on the issues to rectify. You will then need to make the necessary amendments and resubmit for review.
You can update these at any time by adding a new version of your terms at any point, however it is the approved terms at point of confirmation that will apply to the booking, therefore any updates made mid-stay will not apply until future bookings are made.
