How To Make An Offer

Making an offer is quick and simple and can be done either on our mobile app or via a desktop. This can be done by following the steps below: 


1. Click inquiries, select the filter "Awaiting Offers" and locate the inquiry which you wish to offer on. Then click on 'Make Offer'





2. Click on the Property List drop down and choose the property(S) you wish to make an offer with. You can select more than one property from the drop down to offer, just click on the ones you want to put forward and fill in each of their forms. You can select as many properties as you wish to make an offer. 

If the property you are looking for does not initially show this will be because it's not within the mile radius requested by the client. However if you still wish to offer you can select "View more properties", this will then show all properties you have uploaded. (If the property still does not show then this will be because the minimum amount of photos have not been uploaded, so please add photos first).  **If you do not have availability then please select the no availability button on the left hand side.


3. Once you have selected what you are offering, please complete all sections on the offer: 



Cleaning frequency - Select the cleaning frequency you wish to offer, for short term stays the option of once is available, for longer stays you have a choice of weekly or fortnightly. 


Number of separate beds / guests - This is the number of beds / guests your property can accommodate (remember we are predominantly accommodating contractors therefore bed sharing is not always an option, the inquiry does advise if guests would be wiling to share rooms) 


Parking / Bathroom details - These sections may have been added following you uploading the property onto our platform, therefore please ensure you go in and update these details to ensure the property profile is 100% complete, you will only need to do this once. 


Cancellation policy - You get to select your preferred cancellation policy for each booking. 


VAT - Please select the applicate VAT rate which you have factored into your price. If the VAT is variable, please select the higher rate. 


Add notes - Here you can add any booking specific notes for our staff only which you may feel relevant E.G an excluded date. We ask that you do not enter your personal details in this section, and note this is only viewed by staff and not the guests. 


Price - Please enter your all inclusive price, if you are unsure on what to include in your price please refer to the following article. You can enter your price per night, or you can adjust the toggle, to select total and enter your price as a total for the entire stay. 


Once you have entered all fields, there is an accommodation summary which shows the accommodation total, our commission deduction and the host payout. This allows you to double check all your calculations prior to submitting your offer. 


Once you are happy with all the details, the please click submit. 


**Please remember to submit an all inclusive offer: Your VAT, our commission, cleaning fees, parking charges & any other costs. We cannot add any additional costs after this point.


4. We will then send the client the shortlist of offers, and they will decide which offer they would like to go for. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to update you on your offers. However you can keep track of the offer status on your dashboard.
